Making A Purchase
Browse the catalogue and click the 'add to basket' button for any product you think you might like. You can edit the contents of your basket at any time, or checkout, by going to 'Edit basket/checkout'.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency. We accept Visa, Delta, Mastercard, American Express, Switch and Maestro. We do not charge for any item until it is ready for despatch. USA, Canada and the Rest of the World
Airmail or TNT Courier delivery available. We will contact you with a quoation when you place your order.
Heavy or Bulky Consignments
NB. Heavy items like Schwegler boxes are liable to exceed our courier's weight limit, so there may be an extra delivery cost. We will contact you with a quotation.
A Note on Packaging
We recycle as much packaging as possible. If your package contains polystyrene chips, it is because we are re-using those which we have received. Please re-use packaging if you can. Remember too that cardboard (after removing tape) can be recycled as green waste at a local recycling centre or better still as a valuable component of your home compost! |
Delivery Schedule
Standard Delivery (UK)
Your order will be despatched by Royal Mail or Parcelforce to arrive within 14 days, subject to stock availability. A signature may be required on delivery. International Delivery
Most orders can be expected to arrive in 2-3 weeks.
Unexpected Delays
If your order is delayed for longer than 14 days for any reason, we will let you know how long you can expect it to be. You may cancel your order at any time up until it is despatched. |
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you, and will let you know how long we expect delivery to be. You will not be charged until your order is despatched, and you may cancel your order at any time up until despatch. |
Tax Charges
Prices shown include VAT at 17.5%. VAT is payable on all orders made from the UK. For orders from countries in the European Union, VAT is payable unless a valid EU VAT number is quoted. No VAT is payable on orders from all other countries, and will be deducted from the prices shown at checkout. |
Credit Card Security
All personal details are captured under SSL and in addition all credit card numbers are encrypted using 128-bit encryption when an order is placed. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site. The system is security approved by our bankers and credit card processing authority |
Guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, return it to us within 14 days of purchase and we will happily exchange it or refund the purchase price in full. Please note that postage charges are not refundable. Unwanted items should be returned in the original packaging and in resaleable condition.
Please report any damage in transit within 3 days of receipt and any fault within 7 working days. Arrangements will then be made for replacement of faulty goods.
All our products are guaranteed for one year from date of purchase. Damage or faults arising as a consequence of inappropriate use or accident are specifically excluded from any guarantee. Should a product requiring repair no longer be under guarantee, please contact us for a quotation for the cost of repair. |
